Saurer Group, after having renewed and expanded its Kahramanmaraş Office, inaugurated and placed it at the disposal of textile investors of Anatolia.
Saurer Textile Inc. is seller of Saurer Schlafhorst and Saurer Zinser machines in Turkey and is also providing all kinds services regarding to the same, the said company has expanded its branch office in terms of equipment and apparatus. Saurer Schlafhorst Kahramanmaraş Office is comprised of 2.400 meter squares of indoor space where it shall continue with its activities and shall be of service to its customers with a sense wide-reaching unlimited services from training to provision of services. Saurer Schlafhorst, in order to meet customer orders for machinery and spare parts on the spot has augmented the activity capability of their Office and thereby gained quite an advantage in this regard and in this way it is aiming at increasing customer satisfaction. Having expanded and renewed its Kahramanmaraş office, thus by increasing its speedy service capacity, Saurer is aiming at saving time in terms of services provided. Saurer is planning to conduct a trial production with Autocoro 8 Open End machine which has been installed at the Technology Center available within the structure of the Office, Saurer shall continously be available for providing information to its customers.
TURKEY IS AN IMPORTANT MARKET
CEO at Saurer Schlafhorst, Dr. Martin Folini, during his inauguration speech underlined that Turkey is a very important market and therefore they have organized in the best possible way. Having expanded the scope of their Kahramanmaraş Office, they shall be much nearer to their customers and speed up their services said Dr. Martin Folini and added that according to them, after China and India, Turkey is the world’s 3rd major market. Afterwards Cem Yalçın, Sales Manager and Deputy President of Saurer Schlafhorst, gave a pleasant presentation regarding yarn investments in the world and Turkey’s place and importance in this regard, as well as he gave expansive information concerning the installed spindle and rotor capacity in Turkey and in the world.
Lastly, Saurer Textile Inc. General Director, Burak Kızıltan explained in detail the restructuring services provided as follows: “From now onwards, we shall meet all kinds of demands and requirements of our customers in a speedy manner and in the best quality with the help of our team comprised of 60 people in the following areas: sales, after sales, technical support, spare parts and training” he said.
Later on we visited the new office at Kahramanmaraş together with Saurer customers and visitors where information was given regarding the all services rendered. High level authorities from numerous companies that utilise Saurer Schlafhorst ve Saurer Zinser machines as well as apart from Kahramanmaraş, yarn manufacturers from neighboring provinces such as Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Adana, Osmaniye also participated to the inauguration ceremony.
