The world’s leading digital printing technology manufacturer Roland DG presented unique implementation solutions and services to the industry’s representatives in FESPA Eurasia 2014 Fair as well as presenting many visual communication specific distinguished products.
Roland DG stand attracted intense visitor interest at last month’s FESPAEurasia2014 Fair held in CNR Expo. Being every day more interested in to the market in Turkey, Rolan DG offered the latest technology products to visitors. While Roland DG stand attracted intense visitor interest, Texart RT-640 and VersaUV LEJ-640F were exhibited for the first time in Turkey and they took their place among the stars of the Fair.
EXHIBITED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN TURKEY
Highlighting that they offer complete solutions to their customers, Rolan DG Marketing Manager Massimiliano Calvaresi said the followings about the products which were exhibited for the first time in Turkey: “Roland‘s latest product ECO-UV ink flatbed UV printer VersaUV LEJ-640F was exhibited in FESPAEurasia2014 Fair for the first time in Turkey. LEJ-640F enables to print on both flexible and solid layers up to 15 cm thickness; therefore, it allows users to make attractive text and graphic prints with many colorless and colored materials by making CMYK white and transparent inked printing. Furthermore, it uses transparent in for creating textures and embossed effects. Roland also exhibits its Texart ink using 64 inch paint sublimation printer: new Texart RT-640.the device has four (CMYK) or eight (CMYKLcLmOrVi) colored ink configuration and two different RIP software options. After inclusion of orange and purple colors, RT-640 offers an incredibly rich color range and enables to print colorful prints with high contrasts. RT-640 aims to provide contribution to visual communication industry with many applications including textile, signboard, interior design, fashion and original products etc.
RELIABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Calvarasi says that; one of the most important characteristics of Roland – which distinguishes the company from the others – is reliability and he added that they have a mutual trust and respect based relationship with their customers and dealers. Calvarasi emphasized that; trust based relationships bring success and he said: “the close relationships that we established with our customers and our dealers are one of the most important priorities for us.” Calvarasi said that; RolandDG is especially concerned about the issues on environmental and source protection in production processes and he expressed the followings: The machinery and dyes manufactured by Roland are environmentally friendly products. If you want to obtain ecological products, the material that you use should be ecological. It is not possible to obtain this only using environmentally friendly machinery or dye. Roland’s principle on this issue is contributing to ecological system”
TURKEY IS AN IMPORTANT MARKET
Calvaresi gave providing information about the Turkish market and the new investments that Roland will do and he said: “”Roland has been operating in Turkey for 25 years through distributor. It has been operating as RolandMid Europe for one year. Because, Roland considers Turkey as an important market Therefore, the company has decided to do more investments in Turkey. Roland has planned to do more investments in the next period. Our efforts to come to a better place in Turkish market continue quickly. We truly believe in Turkish market. In fact, we will open an office in Istanbul in two months. All of our products will be shown there. We our new textile product will be shown for the first time in this office. There is a tendency in Turkish market which requires providing solutions, quality and services everyday more. That’s why we’re investing more. We are trying to establish a solid framework to develop our own are. Roland will introduce three new products in the textile sector in 2015.”
INVESTMENT TO TRAINING
Calvaresi highlighted the importance of education in order to provide the best solution to customers and he said the following about the education system which will be implemented in the office to be opened in Turkey. “As Roland Academy, we have a system which provides training to worldwide dealers and final customers. We will get activated this system in the new office that we will open in Turkey. Dealers and final customers will be able to learn how to use machinery as well as following the applications through Roland Academy. As dealers communicate directly with the customers, we share all the information and innovations that we have developed with our dealers. If is there is a problem that a customer experienced and that problem could not be solved by our dealer; customer will be able to contact with us and the problem will be solved as soon as possible. However, we did not receive any problem that our dealers could not solve yet. Because, our dealers have necessary infrastructure and equipment. We do not have intention to increase the number of our dealers”
