Entema has been focusing on the manufacturing of machinery and equipment geared towards textile drying processes since the year 1992, with ENTEMA QUADRO’ a drying machine endowed with four transitive tieless features, Entema has added its novel product to the world textile industry. Machine Engineer Ali Ozan Gökcan, one of the new generation managers of the firm, stated that with the onset of the textile drying machines created by Entema has brought forth a new understanding to fabric drying processes through its novel product comprising of four transitive tieless features made possible thanks to the firm’s experience and knowledge gained throughout a quartercentury period. Regarding to the new machine Gökcan continued as follows:“The initial idea for the development of four transitive tieless drying machines dates back to many years, as and when the required conditions were established our first prototype QUADRO machine came into operation around two years ago and following an examination period of one year, we were ready to offer it only to our potential clients waiting in line. In a short period of time our QUADRO model machines caught the buyer’s attention both in the domestic and the foreign markets. Upon demands received we began to produce the real models a year ago, again we followed up these machines at their places of operation in terms of their process quality, energy consumption, maintenance requirements for a period of one year. With regard to customer satisfaction we have completed the trial period and went on to promote these machines at fairs and via the media both at the national and international level, thereby the deep interest vested on our four transitive tieless drying machines is continuously on the increase”.
MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY WITHIN A MINIMUM AREA
Ali Ozan Gökcan provided us with information regarding the advantages of QUADRO, he stressed on the fact that due to its compact structure less number of cabin height compared to other three transitive machines and its superiority due to its four transitive features combined with the ability to accomplish maximum dryness in a minimum area results in low energy consumption. The fact that the fabric is introduced to the machine from the same entry and exit ways located at the same side makes things much easier for the operator do his work said Gökcan, and added that apart from general cleaning and periodic greasing, the machine does not require any other maintenance and stressed that it is capable of functioning 7/24 hours as it is a heavy duty type of machine and its convenient operation costs renders it competitive for firms.
NEW STANDARDS FOR DRYING PROCESSES
Ali Özcan Gökcan provided some explanations concerning the process results of QUADRO, namely, “According to the feedback we have received from user customers, we have noted that the fabric gathering rate within the machine has risen around 20% and the final unshrinkability rates have increased between 0% and 3%. I can say that the high level of drying capability has more than satisfied the customers. Subject to changes in accordance with customer requirements; we are able to manufacture our QUADRO four transitive tieless drying machines at a large capacity between 8.000kg/per day and 50.000kg/ per day, these natural gas, steam or hot oil heated models are endowed with 2000mm, 2500mm, 3350mm conveyor belts depending on the operating width, as well as 2 – 6 cabins in accordance with the capacity requirements, these features have brought on new standards to the drying processes” he concluded
