With more than 40 machines sold in 2013 Orizio JHFP for sinkerless fabrics has been a great success worldwide.
This model is still equipped with sinkers but they do not come into contact with the fabric. This eliminates the typical rib effect. The sinkers only operate to restart after a fabric press off. The machine can be 100% operated as a normal single jersey machine thus permitting trouble free production. The machines operating in various markets have been tested for more than 3 years and have proven to operate with all the commonly used yarns including cotton open ends and viscose open ends.
The ORIZIO JHFP machine model is available from 26” TO 46” diameter on standard or open-width frame and from 16 to 50 gauges.
